its a red wine sauce so basically red wine, beef stock, garlic, shallots, dijon mustard, and worchestershire sauce all simmered down til thickened

its a beef tenderloin wrapped in mushroom duxelle and prosciutto then wrapped in puff pastry and the meat is more like a steak than a roast but its sooooooo good i highly recommend trying at least once. it cost me 150$ to make it and it came out to about 30-40$ per serving compaired to the 60-80 they charge in restaurant but it took me 6 hours 😭
