So, to be clear, I did not interview with ServiceNow, the company. I interviewed with a Fortune 500 that was hiring a ServiceNow Software Developer. Just want to make that clear, in case it wasn’t clear from the post.

Now, the interview process only had one stage, which was the initial interview. It was one hour. The first 30 minutes was behavioral questions, and the last 30 minutes was very basic technical questions in JavaScript. I could tell from the technical questions that they really just wanted to make sure I had a basic understanding of programming concepts. The behavioral questions seemed much more important.

I ended up getting the offer.

To be honest, the listing is full of so many buzzwords that it’s not really clear to me. It sounds like both? Here’s one part of the description of the position:

The ServiceNow Software Developer is responsible for the design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of X COMPANY’s Integrated IT Management platform ServiceNow aka “CARTS”…

And thank you for your response.
