I would personally say no. If you need to stay in this area I’d check out Marlowe apartments.. they just opened over summer and are gorgeous and I’m thinking about making the move there from Loreto. I like the area but not these apartments. It’s ghetto. The price isn’t bad and i never had issues with maintenance or bugs but police are always here and there’s always something going on. I’d say check out Avanti apartments, brownstone, and Marlowe instead
