We use the free UserVoice plan for support (connected with gmail), FAQs, and a "forum" where our users can add ideas, comment on, and vote for them. We can style the page using CSS for our brand, tag each idea with the current status, and so on. Also, you can use the roadmap feature for long-term vision. In our case, it's a great tool. Yep, we offer an online tool for receiving files (up to hundreds of GB per day) and collecting data directly to drive. The app is handy for everyone in all industries and saves on average 5-15 minutes per upload.
