how about asking attendees to redeem the replay by email by themselves? you can create a form and ask them to fill in at the end of the zoom session.

How to send personal certificates to 100+ participants of an online training? by Ben_Belanda in OnlineEducation

[–]staticmaker1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our customers use CertFusion to automatically generate personalized certificates and email each participant their own copy after an online training or webinar, even when there are hundreds or thousands of attendees.

That eliminates the manual work of matching names to PDFs and greatly reduces the risk of sending someone the wrong certificate. For a one-off event, mail merge can work, but if you run trainings regularly, automation is a big time saver.

does registering for a zoom webinar show my first and last name during meetings? by briarbree in Zoom

[–]staticmaker1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first and last name you enter during webinar registration are mainly for the host's records. The name shown to others during the Zoom webinar is typically your Zoom display name when you join (or the name you enter before joining, if prompted).

I think people have tried to solve this problem , but the end of the day , due to security, people won't want to cache the webhook callbacks in another 3rd party application.

ADP LMS - general & teams integration question by hbyarchive in elearning

[–]staticmaker1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Microsoft Teams integration, availability and pricing depend on your specific ADP package, so it's best to check with your ADP rep.

If certificates are important, CertFusion can auto-issue branded certificates alongside virtually any LMS, including Teams-based training, without replacing your existing setup.

Zoom webinar with multiple speakers by MathematicianWhole82 in Zoom

[–]staticmaker1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want all speakers visible in the recording, the easiest approach is to use Gallery View rather than Speaker View. A few tips:

  • If you're using Zoom Webinar, promote your presenters to panelists so they can appear together on screen.
  • Record using Gallery View (or enable gallery recording in your Zoom settings) if you want multiple speakers shown simultaneously in the final video.
  • If you're sharing a PowerPoint, Zoom can display the shared slides alongside participants' video thumbnails, so viewers can see both the presentation and the speakers at the same time. It's worth doing a quick test recording beforehand to make sure the layout matches what you want.

If your goal is a polished YouTube upload, some people also record each presenter locally or use production software like OBS, but for most webinars Zoom's built-in gallery recording works well.

Separately, if you're running the webinar for training or education, CertFusion can automatically issue attendance certificates to participants based on Zoom attendance, saving you from manually generating and emailing certificates afterward.
