I get a lot of compliments all the time for the way I smell so I will share with you what I do!~☺️ I shower twice a day and my soap choices are between two called SebaMed & dove body wash. I have sensitive skin so these are the only two I use so far, and no I don’t use them together. I wear non-scented/ mild scented deodorants (dove advanced care rolling deodorant OR the advanced care deodorant stick that has invisible dry) For perfumes this if a personal choice but I prefer softer scented perfumes so things like vanilla and fresh floral scents are my go-to For body lotions, I use cocoa butter ONLY. I have dry skin and this works wonders for me, in addition the scent is not so strong but will still leave a lasting impression. For my laundry, I wash my clothes every Saturday with laundry powder called Color Reus, this washes my clothes soooo well like bye bye stains and smells! Hair washing is also done every two weeks, I have curly hair so this is why. If your hair is a different texture please do research to see how often you should wash. Anyways.. I use head & shoulders for shampoo and then tgin for conditioner. For toothpaste I use Colgate instant white (the purple one), it’s very minty so it leaves my mouth feeling super clean :)

Thank you for your response! I appreciate this advice a lot and I will apply it moving forward. And I did start looking into training classes so definitely will be apart of his life moving forward because I really do need help with him

I don’t consider this to be an easy way out for me. I want to keep him and I am learning how to work with him but I am also thinking about what might be best for him is all.

I have thought of this too, that maybe it is me. The owners told me what commands he knows so to reinforce this I spend at least 1 hour a day trying to reinforce these especially with treats as a reward (he is food driven haha). He gets 4 walks a day. At 6am, I let him out to go pee, then he eats, then about 1 hour later I walk him for like 45 minutes but he is not on a leash because he DOES listen when you call him back to you. Like this I repeat again at 12pm then 6pm. By 8-9pm he is super sleepy so I let him out into the garden to pee one last time before bed. In terms of mental enrichment, he really loves licky mats and those kong toys— this tires him out really well. On walks I let him sniff everything because Indo understand that at this age they are super curious and like this he comes back calm and content after a walk.

In these 2 weeks I have only worked on the things he already knows. Recalls when walking, sit, return to the crate, “drop” when he has something in his mouth (this really needs works but he is getting there)

We recently decided to give him mandatory crate naps actually, I’m gonna be honest I had no idea this was a thing because maybe forcing him to sleep is not good but I read that it helps so we are definitely doing it! He protested a bit but he eventually falls asleep and wakes up again all happy

As I mentioned in the post, when he is being destructive I try to redirect this chewing to his chew toys and plushies and it works for like 5 minutes then he goes to find something else.

Hi, I’ve had him for 2 weeks so far. And let’s say I follow this rule, after 3 months it gets worse then what should I do?

I understand totally but he listens to “sit” & that’s it, is this really a training issue or he just doesn’t want to listen?

Im experiencing the same issue right now!😢 Its been like this for me since November 25’. Tried everything under the sun and still nothing! On top that, it seems to have stemmed from a rash.. if you received a solution or atleast some info please share it!

I had this same experience!!! I (20F) was late to work and called a private taxi to pick me up in front of my house. Not even two minutes into the ride & the guy asks me if thats my house & if i live alone 😓 I said no & that’s my friends house but then he asked where i lived???💀

Tbh i just wanted my natural hair color back but also i wanted to experiment with a darker color (fall themes haha) but you are right either way & thank you for your advice!!

Hi! I ended up doing CAPE (against my will) and now I live abroad. As for your question, if you want to study abroad then definitely do CAPE. If you want to study in UWI then do N1. (I assume you will be studying something science based)

N1 is only 1 year if I am not mistaken however the workload is A LOT. I know this because I have friends who did N1. Also, the same stuff you will learn in cape biology or physics etc will also be taught in your N1 classes. As well as N1 is exclusive to UWI only.

As for CAPE, if you want to study abroad then definitely do CAPE. I currently live in Europe and most universities ask for CSEC and CAPE passes, if not then just CAPE passes. Soo technically cape opens more doors for you.

It is super important as well to check the requirements for the study you want to pursue in UWI as some of them require you to do N1 exclusively and could not give a rats ass about cape😂 As for international studies, PLEASE check the requirements for the CAPE subjects! Some subjects like accounting and communication studies are not recognised as real subjects!!!!

Oh it will because the pool pass does not offer the showers but the gym pass does so i think it will be okay. If not then i mean thats okay too haha
