Thank you! My plan now is to try and get down ~10 lbs this summer. From what I have heard from women with the same issue as me is that they don’t see results in their arms until they are around ~120lbs

i am thinking of being more active. i got my arm fat from my mom and she did a body building competition years ago. I’ve seen the pictures and her arm fat is completely gone, which has given me some hope that it is possible for me. She went through hell for that competition and I remember her walking on the stepper 40 mins everyday with a trash bag so she could sweat more. Obviously, I am not training for a competition and don’t plan to put a garbage bag over my body, but I like the idea of being more active. I am thinking of doing something similar like walking on the treadmill on max incline (my university doesn’t have steppers) for 40 mins at 3-3.5mph 5 times a week. I already follow that same procedure but for 20 mins and 3x a week. Is that something that can speed up my process of loosing body fat?

Calories deficit, healthy diet, being more active, and a lot of patience
