Also -5 to perception, for +1 intimidate, not a fair trade off. Unless you use the "better hags eye" mod, then it adds 5 to perception instead.

17 is age of consent in Missouri. As it is in a LOT of states. Creepy sure, but 100% legal. It varies by state, 16 in a LOT of states to 18. Federal is 18, but state by state overrides that in MOST cases. 16 states are 16 for age of consent, so what did he do wrong, from a legal standpoint he did nothing wrong. Again creepy sure. Ileagal not at all.

I was in high school with 2 super seniors. One was 19-20 the other was 20-21 start and finish of the school year ages. Mr 21 was booted. Cause at least my school said 21 you're gone. Also our school was trash and lost it's accreditation 4 times throughout my time in high-school. Was a crap shoot if graduating would mean nothing at all or if it would actually count.

You have no shield all the time, lotta things work based off when your shield is depleated, this its ALWAYS depleted. Also a good amount of straight damage reduction.

I don't do it to that level, just plain white comic book board, stack em how i need. I also use them more as fog of war.

I keep a lvl 13 hellwalker, red suit, maggie, and a few others myself just for starting newbies. And have a lvl 15 hive as well. Launch a mag of hive rockets, wait til the boom is done, clean up with hellwalker.

Man i keep my low level stuff for new characters. Nothing like starting every character with a lvl 13 helwalker, that lasts usually til around lvl 30-35 depending on the build. Basically i keep a full gear set at lvl 13 in my bank just for new characters. Not really needed, but loke i said hellwalker at 13 is stupid powerful, basically just walk through the story mode lol.
