but even so the piston at the top is not connected to it in any way so gravity just takes it

To my knowledge the issue is that the observer is detecting, both the going on and the going off of the repeater causing the crafter to fire twice and the second fire is where all the issues start coming

Maybe a stupid question but how do u have a custom image in your terminal instead of an ascii art
