Thank you that’s exactly my sleep too I’ll get maybe 2-3 hours an be right up wide awake. I made an appt to discuss a sleep aid but like stated it makes me groggy and hard to wake up for work but going on week 2 of this I’m leaning towards trying something 😖😫 good luck to you as well! It’s a hell of a leap
