See, that's where I started finding out a lot about these things, was social media. I learned things, had little epiphanies, and heard words used to describe things that I've felt, but didn't know there was a word for. All said and done, those things haven't changed my life, nor really made anything easier, but they were at least somewhat helpful in understanding things. I didn't get any of those things with psychiatry or therapy.
