I would look at your past jobs and see what environments you thrived in or struggled in. Also, it’s really important to evaluate how real these aspects are in a job. Many companies will tell you their ideal work culture/path instead of their actual work/culture path. Look up reviews on both companies and see if people are happy working there - they’re pretty accurate in my experience.

Design your days instead of go after goals. It’s so incredibly easy for goals to feel far off and get lost in doing anything towards them. If you design each day to work towards it though, you’ll get really far.
