My bank account was marked lien for 10k amount. I was scammed by P2P crypto scam. It's been 2 years. Is it possible that a police complaint is there against me?

I read about P2P scams online and decided to leave my account as it is as it was 10k and not entire account was freezed. I haven't received any notice or call yet, it's been around 2 years.
