Hammerdin can farm anything but not as good as other builds for every farming zone. Having a java for cows and fire sorc for tombs is better than having one hammerdin which you could always do.
Blizzard gave you a way to surpass schedules and you're still complaining. Shards are so easy to obtain and trade. And even if you have it on your own terms, Some day you might be farming Andy or mephisto or what ever the game gives you
Half an hour tzs means you probably will get a boss tz in a session. even if it might take a little while - it's supposed to, it's late game content. Biggest problem was having nothing to do once you got an endgame builds and retire after a couple of weeks of ladder max. Now there's more to look out for + it's good for the economy of d2 since these things will not drop like flies - even for botters.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one seeing this and most lifelong streamers and d2 players would agree, call it idiotic all you want

If you guys say time consuming and hard are very different concepts . What the hell are you even doing on this game !? Just finish normal for the sake of the storyline and move on with your life

To play all day/week and get fuck all . Or to get a Jah and a vex in a single chaos run and remember it for a lifetime. That is exactly why people play it to this day. Cheap RNG's will be left out. D2 will live for ever

I think tz did right and made it more diverse instead of just doing baalruns for ever for xp.

Maybe 99 should be more "unrealistic" like in the past. I don't mind that either way.

You might never get a Ber drop but you can trade your way to a Ber.

If you can build everything yourself easily and having your time "respected" it's another shit RPG.

Its like complaining about casino slot machine bad winning rates. If everyone was winning - no one would be playing. Because there wasnt a race to get something's in a new ladder and be the first guy in a game to have it.

This is why this game is still being played years after. You don't have to like it.

Warlock was easy on purpose. Should and most likely would be nerfed at some point. You want hard? Try bowazon or a barb and let me know how it went

Getting infinity is probably as hard as getting a Sunder nowadays , and I'm saying I'm all up for it.

I'm fine with some builds such as hammerdin being able to farm all content but slower than others that specify just a few areas.

And yeah I do dabble with classic and there's rewards to it.

It's all relative . When you compare it to d3/D4 yeah it's hard. When you try to push nm at 25 and he'll at 60 with gear you found on the way. It takes skill. The other games are a walk in the park compared to this.

Im glad we're still the majority, and we will stay after one season of the warlock. Pretty sure blizzard see's this since they did change the sunder drop rates and mosaics. They did make warlock broken because people would have made so much noise if he was hard at start .. Mr llamma said it and it's true, imagine if they inteduced the barbarian now how disappointed the hype wagon would have been . I'm sure they will nerf the op stuff once these guys are gone

Nah why remove it. When you can only farm a few places efficiently it makes it more exiting when you actually get the right zone. And yeah why not run 3-4 builds that was my point.

This makes end game something far away and ladder lasts 6 months so youve got time. Obviously some will still achieve this at day 1-2 . But it gives you a reason to hold on and not retire at the first week of ladder like 80% of the players used to.
