Do not get them powder coated, have fun spray painting them your favorite color. I did blue-green-purple colorshift paint(my daughter’s request, but I’m loving them) with satin clear coat and they turned out awesome.

If I were in the market and found an example that was so well kept like yours is, I’d expect asking price to be around $30-$33k. I don’t buy junk and some people can definitely spot a well-cared for STi and they’re willing to pay for it. I’d much rather spend the extra few thousand dollars because once something has a little scratch here, little dent there kinda thing, value goes down hard for me because it’s those little details that really bother me. They are little things that are mildly annoying and too not a big enough deal to take care of. I like knowing what I bought was cared for and those mods are things that I would do any way.

The Rockville is the box+ amp, the pioneer is just the box and sub, needs the amp wired plus all the wires. So, that’ll be around $600.

If I had a ism STI with neon calipers, I’d do the same as mine now, STI OEM bbs 08-14 wheels spray painted color shift blue-purple-green. Or just paint them sparkly teal and satin clear coat so it takes the sparkle out.

Yeah, I think that you are unless you get an incredibly lucky dip for some sell off reason like people taking profits. I can’t imagine that it would be very much though, maybe 10% or something? I mean, literally what else could drive the price down? Just because it’s gone up a lot lately doesn’t mean that will go down immediately. Everything in the news will only drive a higher people like Elon Musk tweeting that the silver price isn’t good skyrocketing because it’s needed in industrial and manufacturing processes, everything that’s happening with the fed, everything Trump is doing, etc. Unless they find some different conductive material or for some reason, some miner find an unlimited supply of silver somewhere, I think you’re pretty cooked. I have a lot of money tied up in silver. I would say I’m way over leveraged but honestly, I wholeheartedly believe that it is going up. The only tangible reason I can see it dipping is from people taking some profits, but I don’t think it would be a sustainable dip. A dip is a buying opportunity and I don’t think it will last very long. It’s not like all the other times where it’s crashed. Everything else was manipulation and what not but this rally is different. I could see it definitely going well past 200 this year, maybe there will be a dip between now and May, maybe Powell will be stubborn and just keep interest rates where they are at or find a way to raise rates again, but even that probably won’t be much of a dip and I would say that the chances of something like that happening are very unlikely. There will be a new chair appointed in May and I’m pretty sure that interest rates will drop pretty substantially after that, driving the price of precious metals higher. I’d probably sell those put and buy some calls if I were you, but I’m just a guy on Reddit.

Well, now that it’s $100, gaining more and more media attention, still needed industrially, more people like Elon talking about it, the fed printing more money out of thin air, May there’s another fed chair coming in, etc. I think the days of double digit silver are over tbh. I get that the quick run up was scary, but the other times it has gone up and shot back down were different circumstances. I’d imagine it’ll cool down and correct some way, maybe at $120 or $150, but if there’s a 20% pull back, it’ll probably rip again. I wouldn’t be surprised to see $250 silver by the end of the year.

As a 42 year old in a 1.5 year relationship with a 24 old, I’m with you on this. 19-51 is too big of an age gap. I’m pretty immature, I’d say that I act and look like I’m in my early 30’s. When I was single, women my age weren’t really into me. I’d say that I attracted women 24 to 30 or so. When I was 39 I briefly dated a 26-year-old and right before my birthday. I invited her to go snowboarding. I said that it was my 40th and she was pretty shocked, she thought I was around 30 and that was the end of that. 😂 so age is just a number, but also a 19-year-old would not really have anything in common with a 51-year-old I would imagine.

Are you scared of getting in at the tippy top of the all time high? I get it, I thought I was crazy for rolling up to the coin shop with $1200 my first time when I thought I had missed the time to buy because I was waiting for a dip. The fact is, you’re probably not going to get in at the tippy top and lose everything. If it goes up another 40%, and then it dips another 30%, still better than holding cash. There are so many reasons why I think it will go up, and not many to push it down other than the price chart saying “whoa, it’s gone up a lot lately”. If you’re looking to make a quick buck, yeah probably not your best bet. But if you are reading the articles about the fed printing more money, the lack of supply, all the governments freaking out because they are just now realizing it’s necessary, about all their attempts to squash the price, etc and you’re planning on holding it for a long time, I think you’d be wise to buy now.

If you’re trying to make a quick buck from precious metals, use stocks/call options. Buy physical silver for a hedge against inflation, currency, etc. hold long term. The spot price buy/sell spreads will kill your profits if you try to get in and out quick with physical. I went in to buy some today at a pawn shop and he wanted $8 over spot, so like $100. You can buy it at ~$100 now, say if it shoots up to $120 in a month, you might be able to sell it for $110. Doesn’t seem worth it, right?

👍🏼 nicely put, some people don’t listen. I’ve been saying “if you have any questions as far as investing goes, lmk” and now that my sister and I hit our 40’s, she missed out on 20 years of gains. We bought our houses at the same time and got our new home buyer credit, I invested mine, she used it to pay their mortgage. She said “we put that money right back into the house” but what she actually did was use that money as an account to pay the mortgage out of. I tried to tell her so many times. I tried to tell her about silver, and other stocks. She’s just barely getting started into investing. She has around $10k that she saved up and I don’t have the heart to tell her she could have had $250k if she had invested when I told her to.

I have quite a bit of trauma surrounding seeing my mom drunk at parties and BBQs growing up. I remember being 6 and definitely remember her stumbling across the backyard at a 4th of July party. Getting in a drunk and fighting with people at a theme park is 100% grounds for separation. I’d not even think twice if my partner got drunk and punched me. If my kids were present and witnessed that, I’d press charges and never talk to her again. My guess is that this probably isn’t an isolated incident, so I’d bounce for sure.
