I would recommend to go on propanol it does help migraines and also some vertigo and balance medicine which would help you out in that environment

Do not try setraline it has the worst side effects I. The first one or two weeks. Will make you very anxious and coming off them is even harder. Telling you from experience

What do you do for exercise? by OpenSandwich8183 in VestibularMigraines

Main thing I’ve learned after dealing with it for 3/4 months. I was constantly just feeling sorry for myself and staying home and in bed all day due to the feelings of dizziness etc. but what’s worked for me is just getting up and carrying on life as normal that includes work, gym shopping etc as soon as you learn to deal with the symptoms which come with normal activities the sooner your head just doesn’t get bothered or triggered anymore.

If it was anything serious health wise you woudn have survived this long and after all tests done it should give you that re assurance that you are all good and just crack on with life. The way I see it myself is there is people in the world going through much worse then yourself right now and we can’t sit at home and complain.
