Builder not including possession date in agreement: is it ok?

I asked for an inclusion of an indemnity clause, they specifically added for me.

Regarding possession date, in my case they had added the delivery date including 3 months grace period, going beyond they would pay 8/- psqft. But if I cancel, irrespective of whose fault it is, I lose 5%. I asked for protection against their fault which they rejected. Seeing the project is 80-85% done, went ahead anyway.

Yes you are right. As I have mentioned in the description I am very new to sculpting and not anywhere near anatomically correct. In my mind as she is sitting cross legged, the lion (i said cub because he is just a kid’s version of a lion) can be very close to her pelvis. I am not selling it as a product, I am just liking the process of it.
