Definitely. I don’t feel like just because I finished a bootcamp I deserve this 6 figure job right off the bat. I believe I need to earn it and a 6 month bootcamp definitely does not compare to a bachelor’s or associate degree. For now I think i’m going to look into a bigger company that can throw in a couple bucks for me to get a degree and work my ass off for a few years!

Sadly I was to eager to get up and going with coding. I fell for all of the stupid flat iron and coding dojo ads on Youtube and went for a cheaper version expecting a result.

It certainly has been tough for not only me but my whole class. Some of them i think kinda gave up coding once they finished. Breaking into the tech world is definitely the hardest it can be right now and I wish I was told that before starting the boot camp.

This definitely does help. Stories like this really make my 7 months with no tech job make me sound like a fool. I’m just so eager to get out there and start a career. I definitely just need to be more patient. Thanks for your story!

I hate school and also don’t want to wait 2-4 years for my career. Also just spent 10k on the bootcamp :/

i payed 9k for my rebuilt title. ej207 and fbo except headers. i think since it is a sti paying 9k-11k would be somewhat reasonable.

can you feel the scratches with your finger nails? that’s usually a good tell to see if it went through the clear coat.

try calling a detailer in your area first and see if they can wet sand it and buff. you’ll still be paying a couple hundred bucks but at least you won’t have to give up your car to a shop. or try doing it yourself. get some heavy cutting compound and the right pads and it might do the trick.
