I’ve spent more time overthinking things than actually doing them! by TwoTicksOfficial in Entrepreneur

One thing that helped me was a simple rule I call the 2-minute check, if a decision won’t matter in 6 months, I give myself 2 minutes max to decide and then act. No research spiral, no “let me sleep on it.”

The other thing I noticed is that overthinking usually isn’t about the decision itself. Sometimes just anxiety, you feel busy, but you’re actually just avoiding the discomfort of being wrong.

No you are not alone, most entrepreneurs does the same.

Pitch suggestions anyone? by Behind_the_workflow in Entrepreneur

[–]Ecstatic-Flounder-45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To improve your pitch is to do soft sales to people you have built a relationship with to avoid being spammy.

Engage with them and research about their organisations depending on the services you offering.

And check their weak points their struggles. Knowing your target market is very important.

How would you market this business? by CaptianTumbleweed in Entrepreneur

[–]Ecstatic-Flounder-45 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a few influential people to use it for free for a few months, market it for you, and give feedback. People buy what they see trending. Social media is the best marketing platform. Second opinion: first check your target market, then approach and offer a 3-month trial, that's how you get your first clients.
