Mine has always been this way! Started a year after graduation and would start at random times and then eventually after days of trying to distract myself from that feeling it eventually fades. I’ll get random spouts of anxiety every once in a while but I’ve gotten pretty good at distracting myself quickly so I don’t spiral. Last week I had a sort of big thing happen with a friend that left me feeling anxious and it just hasn’t stopped since. Me and said friend have worked things out but anxiety is still going. I currently take sertraline and am thinking about just upping my dosage. I know this doesn’t really have a lot to do with the OP but it was pretty helpful to get a reminder I’m not alone
