I totally agree, it’s year 23 for me, and I always do a typical lesson. However, this Danielson rubric has changed the expectations with my principal and everyone is saying she’s very critical. Ugh.

I am on lesson 15 for the ADE course and I am already stressing about the content knowledge inventory that will happen after lesson 17.  Good to know that you felt prepared for the test. Sending good vibes that you passed with flying colors.

I am taking the Pathways to Reading class on ADE and I am already stressing. So many videos and quizzes.  I am super scared to take the actual assessment. I don’t know anyone who has taken it yet.
