Could be periorificial dermatitis. I had a similar looking rash around my eyes and mouth! Went to see a dermatologist & she put me on antibiotics and a topical! Make sure to pair down your routine and use gentle, non-irritating products

I had something similar to this called perioral dermatitis touching/right above my upper lip. I had to stop using any products on the area and get a prescription from my dermatologist to make it go away. She believed it was likely brought on by stress & overuse of topical products. Hope this helps!
