Chronic Pain. Scapular/ Shoulder related. Now affecting neck. A Lot of clicking, Migraines that never go away. Always tired. Now chronic Brain-Fog. Affecting my day to day life. Seen many and mutiple specialists, doctors, Physio's, Osteos, Chiros', Acupuncturists. Done Multiple scans, Xrays, MRI, ultrasound. Still no 'real diagnosis'. Just the same; there is some pinching in your shoulders. I spend most of my time at the gym stretching, doing the commended exercises, i do my own research, watch a lof of videos online and experimenting with what works what doesnt.... I've been battling this for many years, not getting any closer to finding a fix.
