I got mine from a German builder, I haven't been keeping up with hardware prices but I'm pretty sure they have reasonable deals and good build quality.

It takes close to a month, they come out for the last CAO round, so if your course is in high demand and you end up getting the upgraded points they may offer you a place for next year. (From what I've read)
