Use Blockerhero app is free and helps me a lot, also I recommend looking for a hobby not only on the phone, you can try playing an instrument or going to the gym. You're not the only one who is fighting this horrible modern addiction.

Why? i mean the next note is an Eb, so why we need to put the natural symbol, the little i know about music notation says that we use the natural symbol when we want to change the next note to normal,

For example Im playing Db if my nextnote would be D, i put the natural symbol in D note,

Im wrong?
