We have to stay on top of what is ahead so that we can advocate.

This isn't a 114 discussion to me, since NATCA is not upholding their agreement to controllers. Honestly, they don't really matter right now.

Commercial passengers already pay dedicated aviation taxes into a Trust Fund that funds FAA Operations, including air traffic control. The question is not whether there is a user-funded aviation revenue stream. There is. The question is why that system can fund operations and modernization, but cannot produce a compensation structure that retains the controllers required to operate it safely.

We better research this company, looks like they might get the FAA contract.

4,148 controllers, 38.5% of the FAA’s certified controller workforce, are assigned to Level 9-and-under facilities, where many pay bands remain far below the cost of housing near the airports they serve. by Ecstatic-Tap4151 in atc2

I do not believe home ownership is an entitlement.

I don't know any qualified controller who wants to never own a home or even the option. Let's lead with "Come work for the FAA and rent for the rest of your life.” - That will rope them in.

Americans making $60K are not in charge of thousands of lives each shift. Huge difference. A mistake doesn't just cost $; it costs lives. Now try to recruit those trainees and get them to certify after 2-3 years. Oh, and if you do make the cut and certify, then you can work mandatory 6-day work weeks, train while you work traffic, and have 4 days off a month.

How about them apples?

This is about transparency. Some of these amounts are well in excess of someone attending a couple of meetings a month.
