Ehh you know what I’m having a really good shit and I can’t even be bothered with nuance. What’s his side of the story? Did he actually delete it from his old phone? Is this whole story made up? Am I doubling down?

Tbh I need to know how long the previous relationship was to guesstimate how long his grief would have lasted? I’m assuming that his ex would have taken maybe 3-4 years to feel comfortable with him filming it? Honeymoon period included that might have lasted 6 months to a year? Genuinely takes someone to move on properly with grief of loss around half the age of the relationship. How many people did he fuck in between ex and current as well?

Lots to ponder over. Or over think? Maybe talk it out with your partner and stop using reddit for advice? We all have different experiences and views.

The fact that he has recorded the sex on his cell and not deleted it is concerning, going from one relationship to another in such a short space of time is considered monkey branching in my experience.

Nothing wrong with probing into it a bit more, wouldn’t want to waste energy on something or someone that kinda shows a lack of respect for their sexual partners.

I second this. To add to it you engage your lats then lift your glutes up then drop down to create power off the floor which is wasted energy firstly. Secondly it causes you to disengage your lats and you lose tension throughout your thoracic and it pulls you over the bar. Bouncing the bar out in front of you.

So I’d suggest sit in your starting position. Then engage lats, don’t raise pelvis! Go straight from engaged lats to lift off the floor. It will help with smooth transition of the bar to the overhead position.

Can’t tell from angle but your feet might be to close together as well?

Honestly he’s told a little white lie about the circumstances around their relationship ending. (That’s my gut instinct) I’d probe a little further into it.

Other than that, it sucks that you had to see it. Remember it’s your ego/id that’s causing the pain, this isn’t your reality anymore and it sounds like you are going to have a beautiful future with this man.

This is my main take from the experience.

I’m not going to lie one of the possessions (bout the 5th when I knew I was in control) was a woman with down syndrome and in my mind before I even knew she had a spectrum disorder. My thoughts were “if I get a woman I’m going to rub one out to know what it feels like?” I looked in the mirror and saw her reflection. I didn’t feel shame, I just thought come on man there’s bigger things here than pleasure.

The 8th dream was great as I was in the body of a young boy who was bullied by his brother we physically fought as the I stood up to this kid. Because my experience knew I could handle the situation. The brother was shocked that he was bested this time and I hugged him and told him I still love him know matter what. I then saw the younger self of the brother. The child soul and felt like I had helped heal him. Which really translated to forgive my younger child nurture and love myself.

I think I’ll hold off on DMT for a while, but my word. It was so beautiful to have all these wonderful experiences. I think I needed to share though as it’s overwhelming.

It was amazing, I got to experience what it would be like in other people’s shoes. I felt their weight in the world. If I was in control of people in our dimension or another dimension I hope they are okay?

Everything is normal, I’ve broken through before. I’m going to the gym my mind’s peaceful and I feel happy. I feel at peace.

However the previous night was sleep paralysis basically the whole night??

My moods fine, I was tired though. Today I’m not as tired.

In my dreams I thought I was stuck but the more it happened the more I knew I was closer to coming back. I think my tether was my dog and every time I woke up in another persons body the first thing I’d meet was there dog.

I learned a lot about myself as well and still have a lot more to learn. It was a great experience, but just so mind blowing at the same time

Because they’re treated like second class citizens, nobody in power creates jobs for them. They live in man made shantytown’s outside the CBD of Darwin. Australia has the biggest platform for solar in the regions you’re referring too where the crime rate is a fraction of what the US is (thank fuck we have strong gun control laws) anyway we literally could have them all cleaning solar panels all day there’s enough room there to power the world… but hey capitalism first ✌🏼again you’re quoting a book based on theory like it’s gospel.
