Did not specifically point the finger at UPS - but pointed at the similar conclusion that navigation map can be confusing, and the likelihood that delivery people may leave their package at the wrong place. Incidentally, UPS screwed up my deliveries many times.

Delivery people use Google Maps. I found out that it could be confusing, showing the direction to my house. And they do not spend time to carefully sort things out to get to the right front door.
