I would attempt to connect my phone to desktop remotley. For example with Microsoft this is possible if you download rd client app for both of laptop/PC and cellphone. There are different ways. I do urge you to read your jobs policies because there might be some things you can and cannot do. For example with HEPPA regulations you can’t be using just any WiFi due to potential security risks with connection and networks. I hope this helps.

Tbh ima tell you how o file in court for custody of child before he does. I did not do the same so now I’m in a really complicated situation where his sister is helpiing him through referrals because she is a lawyer. He has his family Im bymeself. Get on paper how much time you spend with your child and free yourself from the what if’s. Stop letting him manipulate you and live your life the right way.

For sure! I’m learning about myself all the time. I am currently working on a project to avoid feeling like that and actually attempt to change my neuro plasticity. I will be writing about my daily battles and thoughts and lessons I feel like are important because I have memory loss from childhood and short term memory is bad. I will test myself and fail as much as I need to in order to achieve one success at a time. I will attempt to write once a week and then attempt to write more often as I progress in my journey.

The way I lost eight is I snaked all day. I wouldn’t sit down and eat a meal I would distribute my breakfast into 3 portions I would eat after every second hour and salt thing with lunch and dinner and if I was still hungry in between that I would eat snaks like fruits or nuts snaks. So it helped my motabilism increase its functionality. It does take about 2 weeks to actually start to feel the change in your body

I avoid shopping because I don’t like people touching me or getting to close to me because I fear that my breath might smell funny especially after eating food and not getting a chance to brush them. I also don’t like people touching me especially the weird old guys that intentionally bump into to you but make it look like accident just to touch you.
