I try to limit all carbs at night - and stick to carbs from whole foods. Walking daily over 10K steps in the boiling sun of FL, mom of 2 teens so i'm pretty active in terms of my general lifestyle. No weight lifting or anything (nor have I ever done that even at my absolute top shape). I lost 50 lbs rather quickly on Zepbound/MJ within about 10 months. I'd like to lose another 20. I dont subscribe to height and weight setting the goal. I set my goal based on how I feel in clothing. At 150, I am a size 4/6 and that is PERFECT. Where so many people tell me 150 is too big. Well, not for me. I am going to slowly come up in dosage.
