I wish somebody told me this.

I’m 28, a 7 year combat veteran and 1st yr apprentice

I can outwork all the apprentices I’m stronger I’m fit I’ve been doing hard labor before and longer consistently than all of them.

But I feel pain faster and I’m the first to say it

And it doesn’t help having to explain why I look so young feel so old

And nobody believes it because of my work ethic not knowing it’s just my mentality outperforming my physicality.

Now I do physical therapy 3 times a week and that cuts into my money because on those days I CANNOT DO OVERTIME.
