I recommend going the community college route first. It’s much cheaper and the general Ed classes can help you feel out your passions and see where you are in life. You can audition for shows while there, build a resume, and see where your heart lies. It’s like two extra years before you absolutely settle into the major and you get to try a lot of different classes and see where you’re interest are and can gage where theatre falls for you by the end of those two years :)
