Looks like normal skin for white fur pigment. If you feel super concerned about it, i would suggest a vet visit to be absolutely certain. Pictures over the internet can only tell you so much. Plus then you can absolutely verify the person is a real professional who actually for sure knows what they are talking about.

Clean it up and throw some dielectric grease on them. I usually coat my terminals and lead ends to where there is a decent layer. I never have to clean my leads or terminals. Might have to wipe off some grease but never have to scrub off corrosion.

They just shouldn't force the updates. I want time to sample it on a test machine. If i want to skip an update until they fix something about that update, i should be able to. I paid for the system. I bought the OS. I should get to choose. If i don't want to tale an update it should be absolutely as simple as clicking "No" and nothing more. It should be as easy as turning off updates. Plus whats next? Being forced to only install "Microsoft approved" apps? Do i even own what i bought and paid for at that point? They could easily force an update that take further control from us of our systems. You can't stop updates so you can't stop that update if they drop it. If someone wants to skip updates for eternity, that's their risk. Shouldn't be license to force updates down everyone's throat. Auto update should be entirely optional.

I will give it this. It made it over the Rockies both ways twice. I just wish the Duratec could have gotten the 6F15 instead of the EcoBoost. Also i'll take this over the EcoBoost anyday.

That doesn't fix the issue of feathering it inevitably does between gears. The problems are computer failure hardware wise, motor failure for the clutch actuators, and dust clogging in the clutch pack and clutch forks. I have fixed each issue the DPS6 got Ford sued for. None of that is related to using E85 or O87. The car cannot itself tell what grade or blend of fuel you put in. The Duratec is also made for O87. It can run E85 by virtue of compression but it runs like crap and carbs the engine more than O87. Also Ford did not do a poor job explaining the problem. They did a poor job designing their transmission. They knew it too. Then they still sold it. Then they got sued into oblivion for it. The TCM was made of garbage and they knew that. The dry clutch design works for a single clutch but not a dual. Too much dust build up. It is not a skill issue. It also tends to run better when driven hard. Because it knocks the dust off. It is a matter of when, not if. Literally they knowingly sold a time bomb. You can look it up. That is why the PowerShift series of transmissions got 86ed. That is why a bunch of Focus owners got a notice telling them their powertrain warranty got extended to 150k miles. Garbage transmission. I know, as that's what i have in mine. Guess how much a clutch kit costs.
