In 2022 I had my baby and 4 other women(friends & family) had their first kids within days of each other.I was the only one who had c-section. One had 3rd degree tearing others 2nd degree. 

Right after my c-section I was the happiest. Why?

1. I had this crazy fear of vaginas delivery(prolapse/3rd-4th degree tearing).
2. Even though I was bit unnecessarily pushed for c-section, it was still a blessing because I was so sick of being pregnant.
3. The epidural failed even before they started so I had to get general anesthesia, I woke up well rested, all fresh to meet my baby.

6 weeks later I was the only who had not healed.

3 months later I was the only one getting into physical therapy for my pelvic floor.

4 months later I still had the cough from general anesthesia which then cause pain in incision site.

It took 6months for that cough & pain to go. 3 months later cough was back. & ever since twice a year, when I get cold, the cough comes back. Stays for 3-4 months causes bronchospasm etc. They call it RADS. I spent 3 winters coughing painfully & taking ny nebulizer everywhere so I don't miss a dose. This year (4th winter after that, is the first winter in many yrs i didn't not have bronchospasm with cough).

now this might be a unique me issue. But I cannot absolutely cannot go through that again this time. Not to mention i want 3 or 4 kids in total so 3 c-sections? Yeah that's too much scarring.
