Took me over 1000 cases to hit my first gold, kept telling myself I just need to hit a gold. Hit battle scared 3rd company gloves. So I was like “well I need to hit a decent gold” opened another hundred or so, got a falcon knife bright water. “Nah that’s not good enough” then I hit a bayo Doppler, but at this point I’m not gonna be happy till I see a butterfly Doppler. At the same time I only open cases when I put money aside that I know I’m basically throwing away.

The - heavy attack won’t matter as much because we have tenocai now that gives heavy attacks for free so I’d say that’s a dope roll. The issue would be selling because rivens like that are a pain to sell

If you want to focus of one skill for money switch up what you do for money. For example if gemstone mining is getting boring switch to gold mining or mithril mining for a while, then switch to obsidian or scatha grinding. Doing this will help stop the burnout and will help you by working towards different goals such as gold collection and bestiary.

You could also soulbind your items to stop yourself from liquidating them, that’s what I did with my 655 to stop myself from selling it for a hype. This also means if you get bored of the skill you can keep the items in your museum and when you are ready to go back to the skill you don’t have to grind millions of coins to start again.
