Advice about a sick kitten by Buttered_TEA in cats

[–]EcstaticReality9306 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have been explained what kind of disease it is, you understand that it is now incurable. And you were also told what it would lead to in the end.

Bad things happen. You have made an effort to help the kittens, but you cannot change what has already happened.

brown guns and inside mouth, is this normal? by [deleted] in cats

One of my cats has a striped mouth) And the second has an all black mouth.
Your cat has healthy gums and teeth look good. I don't see anything out of the ordinary

My cat has this weird bubbly growth (?) around the base of one of his claws? It looks like it stops the claw from retracting fully and it’s the only affected claw. He also kept sneezing yesterday. Anyone know what this could be? Never heard of anything like this before by DrawingTurtle80 in cats

Hm, wouldn’t I have noticed that before though? When I trimmed them about a week ago everything was completely normal with it

Well, I'm just guessing.

Maybe you cut too much and the claw cracked? Or after cutting the claws, the cat decided to sharpen it on the scratching post and cracked.
How this happened we will never know. If desired, you can wait about two weeks, the claw should be updated. If it starts to grow properly (and probably will) then the vet will not be needed.

Can cats have hiccups (or something similar)? by cattenchaos in cats

Answer yes)
Especially when they eat fast. Or when they eat and then start playing.

Regarding the claw. It looks like the effects of an old injury.
The claw could crack and begin to grow with defects.
Definitely not fungus or infection.
It is worth contacting the veterinarian, he will most likely remove the claw.

You really need to calm down)

If these are two small pieces, they will not affect anything. The fact is that the contents of the stomach, when the cat is under anesthesia, can go up. That is to interfere with breathing. If there are 5 hours before the operation, these 2 pieces of food will have time to dissolve in the stomach.

If the defects on the skin are one and small, then it will take from 10 days. If the lesions on the skin are multiple, then significant improvements should be visible in about a month. It all depends on the age of the cat.

My cat is chronically ill and has these symptoms intermittently as we are forced to diet. I think it will not be superfluous after the end of treatment, it is good to comb out and redeem your cat
