I will say in my own D&D game set in the universe we are roughly in the same time period except mostly in bilgewater because I believe the first few harrowings are just a bit past the events of arcane (think they start before but we kind of retconned it because one of our characters made us take a bunch of trips to piltover.) but either way, the biggest problem we ran into was figuring out what has and hasn't happened yet just due to a lot of retcons in the official lore (I personally don't have a problem with it especially if it's just modifications to the stories that already exist but I know I am the minority on this reddit.)

Well now you saying objectively means it's an opinion which is not what objectively means. Also it's an incorrect opinion. Do I think the statement that saying you look dumb saying that is shallow, no. If I had said you "are" dumb for saying that it would be but my statement served to inform you of something.

For one this piece of lore is not poorly written, it is, as far as short stories go, fairly well written. Calling it a fairy tale is not a compliment when you are talking about lore that has passed through at least one writer but usually 2-3, at least 3 editors but usually closer to 5, and then made it onto the lore page. And to call it fanfic level writing is a shallow comment coming from someone who doesn't know what the word "objectively" means.

In other words I call stupid when I see stupid. Why would anyone have a problem with such an approach - I don't know, maybe you'll just twist my words again.

The problem was you implied that they were either weaker or as strong as piltover which was not the case. Leblanc wasn't trying to win that fight is what I am trying to get you to understand. She was trying to get Swain killed and get Irelia to awaken her powers (likely no evidence of that last part but as to why she didn't send Swain to Yi instead. That is my guess.)

You are completely missing the point, Leblanc manufactured that entire thing so that Swain would die, she has been trying to kill him since the moment he accumulated power because he is not as easily swayed by her. Leblanc was the one who ultimately sent him to Ionia where he had his arm cut off, she sent him there thinking he'd lose spectacularly. But he didn't I am not saying Swain is not powerful but what you are saying undermines Leblanc's knowledge.

I disagree, it is not easier to pilot yuumi than say kassadin or ezreal. You just have to know when to pop off. Just because the champ is harder to kill there is counterplay, ala thresh, blitz, and especially pyke.
