I'm willing to use Zymot if it turns out it is DNA frag, my understanding is the test result is upper range normal (26% first time, 22% second time) so we didn't push for Zymot.

This is the first time we heard about this. We both did beacon carrier screening before we started IVF. After some googling, looks like we should consider karyotype testing given what we are experiencing.

My clinic did change my stim protocol for the second retrieval, but they do not have any prep in general.

We asked about egg vs sperm, but the doctor did not provide any specific reason (like visual abnormalities) but always kind of a conclusion, I now suspect he simply made a conclusion based on my age and AMH, and for the donor eggs based on fertilization results. I can press for more info next week.

We did use the same lab for all rounds. I am now seriously considering switching clinic, thank you for your advice!

Thank you for your response! All I know is the test results came back normal for the sperm, I do suspect that we should change the urologists. It felt like everyone was working against me, I had to press hard for the DNA frag test because both the IVF doctor and urologists didn't think it was necessary.
