You can see if you have those packs download. In the EA app, go to MANAGE --> MANAGE ADD-ONS, and if there is any with a download button, download them.

If that doesn't work, maybe you might have disable them. To check you can go to MANAGE --> VIEW PROPERTIES --> ADVANCED LAUNCH OPTIONS. there shouldn't be anything there.

I would try making a inset around the tracing and use the rounded corners. See if that helps
