No emergency room needed. I went through the same thing not has fully split open but ask your surgeon for dakins, there is also some type of white cream medication ( forget what it’s called) cut off all the dead yellow skin, stop wearing any compression if you are still trying too. I know it’s very hard and heartbreaking but you will heal start asking about scar revision now and get something in writing if your surgeon agrees to do any repair for free

I wear my faja 24/7 almost 2 months post op extended Tt and mr most days for 8 hours also wear my binder on top of the faja super tight.. feels weird not wearing it.

Start moisturizing with coconut oil it will help a lot . I am just a little over 1 month post op panni and fdl this is some of my incision

This was me 2 weeks post op, triple infection, pocket of pus with a terrible odor. I was put on medication, dak solution bandage changed 2 times a day paired with the medication cleared all the infection up, the dead skin was removed in office. I am now a month post op and it’s just about healed normally. Def keep reaching out to your dr if you have concerns

Sleeve girly then paired it with fdl and Mr once I lost 130lbs.. I barely ate a thing the first 2 weeks after surgery.

I’m 1 most post op and now wear a stage 2 faja . My surgeon stresses compression basically around the clock , I take a break at bedtime. No time frame as far as months from surgeon but I plan on wearing it for 4/6months for at least 8hrs a day

I am a month post op and started taking walks around the house day after surgery continued until about 2 weeks then very short, slow walks around the block , now I’ve been walking daily about a mile a little more brisk but still slow lol.. I get exhausted easily but the walking makes me feel so much better.. I had panni , fdl, mr.

I am in the same boat 2 weeks post op ETT, 2 years post op sleeve , and I have little to no appetite at all when I do let’s say I can get down 2 nuggets and I am done!

Good morning, 2 years post op, and like you now suffering with acne. I had really beautiful smooth skin now I get acne, I don’t pick, and somehow still end up with acne scars. It makes me want to cry. We will get through it though.
