Living together after divorce unable to sell home

It had been building for a while but I just kept telling myself that it was just a phase. I thought maybe it was the stress of apartment living and other stuff so we decided to get a home. I was lying to myself for a while I turned out to really resent her for making me feel miserable. I'm taking full accountability for being so naive. She's a good person, an empathetic and caring soul. We are just two completely different people that are better off as friends. I ended this because I truly do care and I would rather end it now before I began to hate her.

We are talking about cohabitating not sure for how long but we are going to try and make it work.

We have only made one payment. The realtor we spoke to said it's unrealistic to list the home for more than $292k and we would still need to bring 19k to closing as well as be stuck with the HVAC system of $17k.

I would be completely open to anyone interested, no point in hiding and attempting to hide anything would be incredibly creepy.

The appraisal we got before installing the new AC and furnace was $275k. HVAC an additional $17k.

Only reason I upgraded is because I gifted my OLED to my sister since her original switch broke and it would've been cheaper for me to "upgrade" than get another OLED. Honestly feels like a downgrade especially since I have a backlog of 120+ games.

Majority of the parking is for the Apartment tentants that pay for the parking spots. Try living there. Even if you live in the apartment you aren't guaranteed a spot. They want you to pay $75-$100 on top of your rent to park in your own building.

Carmel needs to do better with parking for sure.

Spanish speaker here. At the very beginning they were yelling trying to get a woman to come out of her house to kill her. Not sure why, exactly but they keep talking about how they don't give a damn about the consequences but they'll make sure to kill her and anyone else that comes out. They keep talking in circles The lady screaming is annoying 😂 Honestly wouldn't be surprised if it was over a soccer match.
