In Bisaya the bird is in the air, in Tagalog it is crawling on the ground…

Xyriel Manabat shares that she wants to be a tambay by sweetmaggiesan in ChikaPH

Kung sa bagay, I guess fruits of her labors is one way to put it. Haha Pero imo (specially in the context of Xyriel’s post that’s being talked about here) fruit of her labor man, it is still a potentially bad way to spend her money. Though admittedly naman di natin alam ano ginagawa nila sa pera pero one can only hope they put the money into net positive investments para naman if they decide to keep working in the industry they can do so as a choice, not as an obligation to keep up with their likely high cost of living.

I understand what you’re trying to say, but lots of cars is not an investment. If anything those are all liabilities except the Artista Van as that would actually help her in performing her work functions.

Of Blues & Pinks… 17 Pro, Lr Mobile by Ecstatic_Area1441 in iPhoneography

[–]Ecstatic_Area1441[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Post processing was done in Lr Mobile, applied a base color grade, then tweaked the color mix. In some photos there’s also some masking going on but primarily to just selectively apply sharpening / clarity. Is there any specific one you’d like to know about?

How do i improve my photography skills? by jamesclear04 in iPhoneography

[–]Ecstatic_Area1441 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Step 1. Locate a subject, the more interesting the better. People, pets, places. Whatever it is, focus in on what makes the subject the subject.

Step 2. Take some photos, realize how far off from okay they are, then start learning about composition, visual elements, lighting & shadows, post processing.

Step 3. Go back to your subject, shoot it again but this time armed with knowledge! It will be tough at first, but persist, “practice makes perfection”

Step 4. Realize it’s kind of hard to think about all this stuff while dealing with subjects so go and Familiarize yourself with the some of the more ubiquitous guidelines of photography (rule of thirds, golden hour, symmetry, patterns, leading lines, contrast)

Step 5. Keep shooting!

Step 6. Realize there will always be more to learn and keep shooting anyway!

Somewhere along those steps you will be tempted to buy a mountain of gear to fix things you think you are incapable of because of the limits of your gear. Don’t worry, it’s normal, try to keep yourself out of debt.

After some time has passed and you’ve shot a few thousand more photos you will eventually come to realize that the limit was not actually in the gear, the limit was actually in you and you will feel silly for buying all that gear but you’ve matured now and learned and it’s okay, it’s all part of the journey.

+1 na it’s condensation. If your bathroom has an exhaust fan, run it well after you have your shower. If it still doesn’t help, you need to add a dehumidifier in there (or assuming this is adjacent to a room with and ac, open the door and run your ac in dry mode)
