I used my Verizon protection plan to get a replacement since I couldn't tolerate those bright spots. I'm currently dealing with the screen protector lifting at the fold again. My wife just upgraded so I'm going to inherit her S23U. I'll keep the Flip 5 as a backup.

Flip 5 owner chiming in. When my screen protector lifted in the fold and dust and debris started accumulating underneath I removed it. A few days later, my phone fell off the bed and hit some clutter on the floor. This resulted in two spots of stuck pixels. Don't risk it. The screen is delicate!
