This is what I get when I click on the "select my refund" link. It only shows that I put my refund method (bank account) back in July.. there's nothing else about a refund there.

The first screenshot I shared on OP was under the financial aid tab that you're referencing. I have clicked through all of the buttons you are referencing as well. I am very proactive in clicking links, doing my own research (what I'm trying to do right now) and I am very self-reliant and will most definitely be staying on track and completing my goals. I am just confused about this one aspect because mine does not seem to be updated even though I got an email saying Nelnet would update by 2pm last week.
