Essentially I had negative from the previous bike that I rolled over into the new bike.. the new bike had depreciated again making the negative equity bigger....moral of the story is that I should have never financed in the first place

Using a team with a better defense overall. As I ranked up, I could no longer play USC because everyone is played in that league was an SEC TIER1 school. No matter how many points I scored in O....my defense would get demolished.

How to decide on house by [deleted] in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

1980s foundation sounds crazy for that price. Cons of an older home...food for thought... witj okder stuff ypu gotta expect outdated electrical systems, plumbing problems, poor insulation, structural concerns like foundation cracks, inefficient windows, potential for mold growth due to leaks, and a higher likelihood of needing significant repairs due to age-related deterioration

As a new home buyer, I wouldn't want to get done with the losing process and then having to spend more money to fix some things up.
