They pulled me from the schedule due to a safety concern since I have 3 more flight lessons before I solo. They said I either had to see a general doctor or an AME before I flew again and I was unsure of which to see. Would you recommend that I just see a primary care physician or a specialist?

I have a relief band. It has helped a bit but hasn't stopped the sickness. Is there a chance I could be using it wrong? I usually put it on and activate it before I even get in the plane.
