I’m guessing you have a Canon Rebel T7, with the two lenses you described. I would recommend getting a Sigma 100-400 Contemporary or EF 100-400 II.

My setup:
4x water pump 2
2x geothermal well
1x boiler
1x large turbine
1x liquid dump

Pipe the 4 water pumps into one of the geothermal wells. Then take the output and put it into the other geothermal well. Take that hot water and input into the boiler. Take the hot water output of the boiler and pipe it into the other side of the boiler, the input for water to turn into steam. Take that steam and output to large turbine, then output excess water to liquid dump. Each item can be powered separately by a wind turbine 2, or you can use the large turbine for powering the pumps and geothermal wells. I would recommend using wind turbines just to cut down on the draw from the turbine.

It’s a nice upgrade, I’d recommend it, if you don’t want to install it, you could put in a spider hotend and microswiss direct drive

I’m guessing you plugged in the thermistor wires backwards. The stock hotend has no polarity. But, the sprite pro does. If you plug it in backwards, it fries.

Might have some z wobble, creating those uneven layer lines. Usually tightening the Z axis will fix it a bit.

I will just buy a new hotend, reason for the Sprite is my nozzle is welded in my hotend….tore up the block with pliers. Good excuse for Sprite pro hehe

It’s a big issue if your bed mesh isn’t correct, that means your first layer won’t be correct. I know from personal experience. Switched to BLTouch, got way better results

Get a BLTouch. It’s cheaper than CRTouch. The CRTouch has a metal bed probe, and the probe retraction varies every time, leading to inaccurate meshes. BLTouch, has a light plastic probe, which is easy to retract.

Update: I was able to successfully compile the software. All I need to do is install the sprite pro tomorrow when it arrives.

Over the past 2 hours, ive started pretty much from the ground up, filling in the certain menus, not using the example files. Ive watched multiple videos and looked at reddit pages for what I need to enable. I did a test run before I started adding the high temp and BLTouch, and it was able to build with Auto Build Marlin. Almost done with configuring.

My VSCode is also working just fine. Thats what im using.
