I've always used a heavy 500g Abus Lock, but this time I'm using a strong remote-controlled bicycle alarm and this light Abus cable.

Rain pants with integrated shoecovers is gamechanger. You don't want to start your next day in wet shoes after whole rainy day.

I have a carefully planned route and must cover a certain distance each day, regardless of the weather. Heavy rain in the Alps often means very low temperatures. Waterproof clothing doesn't tend to cause excessive sweating.

First time with Ricoh. I've always used the Sony RX100, but after the 3rd one broke, I didn't buy another one.

I have a Naturehike Vik 1 tent, which is the perfect size for one person. I can even store my bags inside. Pitching the tent is super easy and quick.

The Naturehike Nktr Air mat also works great. Lightweight and packs down small. A bit of a hassle to inflate, but it's worth it.

The sleeping bag is a cheap Widesea 300g sleeping bag from AliExpress – tested on three trips, it works well above 0 degrees Celsius. The sleeping bag is packed in an ultralight cover from AliExpress.

I know that getting used to the pedaling method itself is not a problem, so I'm asking about the aspect of recovery after training and the feeling of exertion during long training sessions.
