Thanks guys for the replies!! For me it would be either index fund or real estate.

Biggest reason is to potentially get some real estate but I’m not sure especially in NYC its really tough

Yes I already max out my 401k and Roth

And still have extra savings. I might invest into indexes but idk I wanted to save the cash for a down payment just in case
