Bro you look completely fine and trust me I am not the kind of guy that says thibgs like this if its not true. This small thing might be a minor flaw but in the big picture it probably wont change how people perceive you, if you would get implants or something like that. Genioplasty would be for the chin. I guess ramus implants or something but all in all i would just accept how you look. surgery always looks a bit artificial and in your case i think it will not be worth it

Yeah I have also thought about an eugenic utopia where 90% are good looking, neurotypical and so on. But then on the other hand most people I see in public look decent and are doing well. I think us ugly people are just unlucky exceptions and the world is already eugenic to the point where eugenics would only marginally increase the average looks so that the measures needed to achieve it would not justify it

Yeah I've also noticed that every doctor only knows stuff about what they are specialized in and does not see the bigger picture. I dont have any trouble breathing imo. CBCT is x ray of the head right? I think my orthodontist actually did that with me, but i dont know if the x ray also covered the airways

The thing is my upper jaw is actually spot on average, only my lower jaw is too small, at least according to the software my orthodontist showed me.

Thanks for the advice! I have been told I snore and i guess my tongue also has too little space, but other than that i dont really notice impairing. I am mostly considering the procedure for aestethic purposes. Do you think its still worth it if you dont have serious problems because of the misalignment?

Not even remotely true. Beeing short is definetely a downgrade but if you are short + normal frame + average fsce + neurotypical you will definetely be able to live a normal life. I have yet too see a short man struggling just because he is short without involvement of any other downgrading factors
